What kind of paper do you use?: We print everything on thick, museum-quality matte paper. It looks awesome and is designed to last without fading or yellowing over time.
Can I get my print framed?: Absolutely! You can grab them unframed if you have your own setup, or choose from our solid Black, White, or Darkwood frames. We offer them in a bunch of sizes, including 8x10, 12x16, and 16x20.

I don't see my favorite stadium or team. Can I request one?: We are always looking to add new iconic spots to the lineup! Shoot us an email at support@allstardigitalco.com with your request. If there's enough demand, it might just be our next release.
How do I know which size to get?: It totally depends on your space! An 8x10 is perfect for a desk shelf or adding to a gallery wall, a 12x16 is a great medium accent piece, and a 16x20 is large enough to hold its own as a focal point in an office or living room.

Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?: Reach out to us immediately! Since we print on demand, if you catch us before your order actually goes into production, we can usually update the address for you. Once it prints and ships, though, it's out of our hands.
I'm buying this as a gift. Will the price show on the packing slip?: Nope! We keep our packing slips strictly price-free, so you are totally safe to ship a print directly to your favorite sports fan.

When will my order arrive?: Since we print each order on demand just for you, it usually takes us about 2 to 5 business days to get it printed and packed up. After that, shipping time just depends on where you live!
How do you pack the prints so they don't get ruined?: We're super careful with packaging. Unframed prints get rolled up safely in tough cardboard tubes. If you order a framed print, we pack it tight in a sturdy box with reinforced corners so it gets to your door in perfect shape.
How do I track my order?: As soon as your print is packed and handed off to the shipping carrier, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door.
Do you ship internationally?: Right now, we ship across North America. We're hoping to expand our shipping zones soon, so check back if you're further abroad!

Do you accept returns?: Because every single print is custom-made specifically for you when you order, we can't take returns for a change of mind or accidental size mix-ups. But if your order arrives damaged or defective, just let us know and we'll make it right right away.
Oh no, my print arrived damaged! What should I do?: Don't worry, we've got you covered. Just shoot us an email within 7 days of delivery with a quick photo of the damage and the packaging, and we'll get a fresh replacement sent out to you ASAP.
